The personalized service at this hotel was exceptional. The Zarri family went above and beyond to make us feel welcomed and took care of our needs. They even allowed us to store our luggage and garage our car. The food at the restaurant was outstanding, with high-quality ingredients and a wide selection of wines. The rooms were cozy and comfortable, and the location served as a great base for exploring the Piedmont area. I highly recommend this hotel for its warmth, hospitality, and exceptional service.

Spent Easter at a lovely hotel in Piedmont. The complimentary breakfast and Wi-Fi were great perks. The hotel was conveniently located near many small towns with markets and charming shops. Best of all, the hotel had a beautiful outdoor terrace with stunning views of the surrounding hills that was perfect for relaxing with a glass of wine.
The decor in the room was outdated and could use some updating. Additionally, the soundproofing was lacking, making it easy to hear noise from the adjacent rooms.

The food was decent and some of the dishes were quite unique. The staff members were friendly. The view from the room was good.
The room was not well maintained with old and dated furnishings. The bathroom was cramped and dirty.

Celebrating the new year at this hotel was a great experience. the hotel offered a delicious and varied breakfast buffet with plenty of coffee to start the day. the rooms were comfortable and clean with a modern touch. the location was ideal, with easy access to the town center and nearby attractions, including a winery and a chocolate factory. the garden and pool were perfect for those who like to relax and enjoy a peaceful moment.
The staff could have been more welcoming, especially during the check-in process. the restaurant was a bit overpriced, and the menu options were limited.
